Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can create an account and start the free trial without entering card details.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
The trial simply ends. A parent or guardian can choose a paid plan to keep access going, or stop without being charged.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Paid membership is managed through Stripe, and a parent or guardian can cancel any time from billing settings.
Does the AI write essays for children?
No. Kids Writing is designed to coach thinking with questions, feedback and revision support, not hand children a finished paragraph to copy.
Is my child's writing private?
Yes. We do not publish children's work or use it to train AI models. If you want everything removed, a parent or guardian can delete the account to clear stored records.
How does Kids Writing use AI safely?
The coach is designed to give prompts, questions and feedback that help children improve their own work. It should guide the thinking, not replace the child as the writer.
What ages is Kids Writing for?
Kids Writing is built for Australian children aged 7-12, with Australian English spelling and child-friendly feedback.
Can parents see progress?
Yes. Kids Writing shows strengths and next focus areas so parents can understand how practice is developing over time.
Can siblings use one account?
